Returns & Refunds (US. & Canada)

To be eligible for a exchange or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our team can be contacted by email at info@tavazo.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (normally 3-5 business days, though this may vary for each bank).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Tavazo, 7345 Yonge Street, Thornhill ON L3T2B3, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Before placing an order please contact your Country's Customs to make sure food products can be delivered by post to you from Canada.

Please note that our products are natural and contain no additives and preservatives. They will perish if held by Customs. We are not responsible if our products are held by your Country's customs office. We are not responsible for duty or taxes charged by your Country's customs or postal office.

We will not issue a refund for undelivered packages.
We will not issue a refund for perished goods.

Orders can be canceled and refunded before they are shipped.
